How to access your loved one's certificates and transcripts using Edovo's Transcript Portal
Supporting your loved one during their time of incarceration is one of the most meaningful ways to show you believe in their potential and future. Every step they take to learn, grow, and prepare for life during incarceration and upon release deserves to be celebrated—and you play an important role in that journey.
Supporting your loved one during their time of incarceration is one of the most meaningful ways to show you believe in their potential and future. Every step they take to learn, grow, and prepare for life during incarceration and upon release deserves to be celebrated—and you play an important role in that journey.
At Edovo, we’re proud to provide tools that help incarcerated learners achieve their goals. Whether it’s completing a course, earning a certificate, or building new skills, these milestones represent hard work and hope for a brighter future. To help you stay connected to their progress, we’ve made it easy to access the certificates and transcripts they’ve earned through our platform.
In this blog, we will walk you through the process to access your loved one’s Edovo Certificates and Transcripts.
1. The next time you talk to your incarcerated loved one or client, have them click on “My Edovo” from their dashboard and then “My Profile.” It will look like this:
2. Then, have them click on “Manage Sharing Settings”:
3. From there, have them click “Generate a Code” which will produce a unique 9-digit code. If at any time your loved one wants to change their code, they can “Remove Code” and then generate a new one, making the previous code unusable.
Once your loved one has provided you with their unique 9-digit code, you can head to our website at edovo.org/transcripts.
You will type in their 9-digit code into the field and then you may click “Lookup Records”. From there you will be provided with their transcript where you can either print or download as well as download their certificates.
We are so happy to see you encouraging your loved one’s learning journey. These meaningful relationships and opportunities to celebrate milestones together can make a transformative impact on their incarceration.
