What does the Edovo platform consist of?

The Edovo suite consists of three applications: Edovo Learn is the incarcerated learner application offering over 25K hours of helpful content. Edovo Insight is the agency staff application used for managing learner performance. Edovo Editor is the content creator application empowering facility staff, community organizations and content providers to create digital curriculum.

All quotes, stories, and testimonials featured on our site and social media come directly from incarcerated learners—real words from real people. However, to protect their privacy and ensure safety, we often use AI-generated portraits in place of real photos.

Why can't I find your form 990?

While Edovo has been around since 2012, we were originally founded as a social impact organization: Jail Education Solutions d/b/a Edovo. In 2024, we started the Edovo foundation as a nonprofit and shut down Jail Education Solutions. Our entire team moved to the Edovo Foundation to continue driving our mission with a philanthropic foundation.

Can I access Edovo post-release?

Yes! Through Edovo Go, you can continue your progress in Edovo for free after release. With Edovo Go, you can access your transcript and course certificates, resume any core coursework you started while incarcerated, and keep moving forward on your pathway to success.
