Edovo is not a marketplace. It’s a secure distribution platform. Content partners pay to publish and host their content, supporting the infrastructure and compliance required to deliver it at scale inside correctional facilities, always free for learners. In return, your organization gains:

How pricing works

Edovo uses a simple item-based pricing model with two components: a one-time Content Publishing Fee based on the number of items you publish during your contract year, and an annual Hosting & Maintenance Fee based on the total number of active items on the platform.

Together, these fees cover content review for appropriateness and compliance, uploading, formatting, and publishing to all eligible correctional facilities, as well as ongoing quality assurance and platform performance.

Optional support: Edovo professional services

Content partners can opt in to Edovo Professional Services for hands-on support with course creation, consulting, or content uploads. Our team helps adapt in-person programs, print materials, and existing digital content into effective, tablet-based learning experiences built for incarcerated learners. Whether you need light guidance or full build support, we’ll meet you where you are.

The process

1 Apply

Complete our application form to help us review and understand your content, your goals, and how we can best support you. It also ensures that this partnership is a good fit for both sides.

2 Introductory call

We’ll review your application, and if it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your content, walk through the process, and answer any questions.

3 Contract execution

Once your contract is finalized, you’ll receive an email with your Edovo Editor credentials, as well as next steps for how to upload your content, depending on your content type.

4 Content publication

Ready to publish? Submit a ticket to notify our team. Within about 30 days, we’ll publish your content and you’ll start positively impacting incarcerated learners nationwide!
